Success Story ยท 2022โ€“23

Mangamma's Journey Home

A woman found wandering in distress near Kapulakanparthy village could not speak her name โ€” she was deaf and mute, carrying no documents. ISS admitted her to Swadhar Greh through the Sakhi Center.

Using Aadhaar "Missing and Re-union" services, our field team traced her home. On 13 March 2023, Mangamma was reunited with her family at the District Collector's Grievance Cell, Warangal.

"She could not speak her name, but her eyes told us she had a family waiting."
